Gary Bourne

Property Director

Gary is a chartered surveyor and has 30 years of experience in mixed use retail and leisure led regeneration schemes. He is a member of REVO and a trustee of an Arts charity in Folkestone.

Gary works with Polestar with a focus and expertise in unlocking complex urban regeneration through the stakeholder engagement and placemaking; working closely with Councils, land owners and tenants and is responsible for Polestar’s mixed use retail redevelopments.
