Summary: Developing a complex residential-led mixed use redevelopment of a 4.5 acre site with existing superstore and car parking that involves the re-provision of a new superstore and over 400,000 sq ft of real estate.

Motspur Park

Location: Motspur Park, Kingston Upon Thames
Date: 2019 onwards
Architect: Morris+Co

Summary: A 490,000 sq ft masterplan redevelopment of a former 6.5 acre brownfield gasholder site set in Metropolitan Open Land.  Focusing on the provision of a senior living and affordable housing community in this very unique setting.
