Location: Herefordshire

Summary: 310,000 sq ft redevelopment of former livestock market to provide for retail and leisure space including a six screen cinema. Won BCSC Gold Award for Best New Shopping Centre and highly acclaimed sustainable development.
Ashford
Location: Ashford, Kent
Date: 2016 onwards
Partners: Ashford Borough Council
Summary: A brownfield site redevelopment over 200,000 sq ft to provide for a cinema, restaurants, hotel and further residential accommodation. This has been a catalyst for further regeneration in the town.
