We will also share your personal data where we consider that we need to in order to comply with any law or regulation, where we suspect that any criminal offence may have been committed, to protect our rights, property or safety or that of others and in any circumstances where we consider that we are permitted to do so by law or regulation and where that third party is a professional adviser to us or any of our group companies.

Save for where we have a legal obligation to retain your personal data or you have entered into a contract with us, we will review the personal data that we hold every three years and delete the data we hold on you or provide you with further notice that we intend to retain your personal data for an extended period. If you wish to unsubscribe from any of the communications that you receive from us, please follow the directions at the end of this notice. If you choose to unsubscribe, we will cease to send you such communication and invitations as mentioned above.
