Summary: Working for JV partners on a strategic refurbishment and restoration programme on estate consisting predominantly Grade 2* listed asset mix. Focus on value enhancement with revised planning, targeted sustainability improvements, internal space optimisation and sympathetic facade restoration.
Chiswick
Location: Chiswick Park, W4

Summary: Developing a complex residential-led mixed use redevelopment of a 4.5 acre site with existing superstore and car parking that involves the re-provision of a new superstore and over 400,000 sq ft of real estate.
Ashford
Location: Ashford, Kent

Partner: Ashford Borough Council
Summary: A brownfield site redevelopment over 200,000 sq ft to provide for a cinema, restaurants, hotel and further residential accommodation. This has been a catalyst for further regeneration in the town.
Nova East
Location: Victoria, London

Client: Landsec
Summary: 180,000 sq ft office as part of the wider mixed use “Nova” masterplan. Polestar supported Landsec through predevelopment phase to bring forward the design and procurement of the scheme and address complex third party issues to enable commencement of substructure works.
Royal Albert Dock
Location: Royal Albert Dock, E16

Summary: Working with Chinese developer ABP to secure masterplanning of 4.8M sq ft mixed use office and residential development and detailed consent for the first 1.4M sq ft.
